Initials Etched in Window in Yellow Springs

When Tom Paul went to Yellow Springs as General Rosecrans he met Cindy Mucher who told him about the initials etched in the attic window of the home which formerly belonged to the Rosecrans' family.  It is believed the initials are those of the children of General and Anne Rosecrans, Adrian Louis  and Mary Louise.  Adrian was 13 and Mary 11.

To protect the initials the window has been removed from the attic.

Cindy believes William and Anne had the following children:  William who died in infancy, Adrian Louis (also know as Lewis), Mary Louise, Lily R., Anna D., Carl Frederick, and Charlotte who was the youngest and born in Yellow Springs.
