Transformation of the Staff of the Army of the Cumberland |
||||
Major General William S. Rosecrans knew
the Army needed to be organized if it was to work with any
efficiency so he took time to reorganize his staff and put many
ideas into action which resulted in a well working unit. Once
again it shows the brilliant mind of Rosecrans. The Case Study is shown here with permission of the author, Robert J. Dalessandro. |
